my problem isn't the drain plug...it is getting the mobile 1 110 (longer, extended life) filter off without spilling its entire contents all over the place. I was just thinking about cutting out a larger hole as well. any ideas?

the ARC one is a nice piece - expensive, as all their stuff is, but fits great and much better match for a variety of aftermarket bumpers

some installed pics on my car ^

+1 with not having the underpanel, the car gets very light.

If there is any gap up front were it is connected, then the plastic undertray will fail. If there is any gap for air to channel thru, it will get thru and push the undertray down onto the road surface.

so what if someone just cut the already present hole just a bit bigger? this should still allow air to pass as it does correct?
