Nismo V2 air duct install... Anyone?

Nismo V2 air duct install... Anyone?
Question for you guys, has anyone ever installed this on there V2 bumper? Does there need to be some modification to anything behind the bumper? I do presume the bumper needs to be off right? I asked 2 of the shop members in our vendor section, but they weren't positive about the details. One of the vendors i asked does sell the duct. Thanks for any responses.
