Default Front Chin Spoiler (pics) - opinions welcome good or bad

So I got this CF front chin spoiler from the Z Store. Actually, it's more like a cover really. I haven't seen it on anyone else's car so I couldn't really tell what it would look like so i figured i'd try it out. It comes with double sided tape so it was easy to apply. I hope it doesn't fly off when I hit highway speeds - it's been on for a few weeks and held on so far, but still worries me a bit. Fitment is about 99% good. If you apply enough double-sided tape you can make it sit the way you want, I was just a little lazy and didn't take the time to do it cause i'm not sure i'm gonna keep it on. Anyway, Let me know what you guys think.

Looks good, just a little out of place since it looks like your only mod. some wheels and headlight work from subrwho would be a good step foward.

Looks good!! I went the cheap route and got the vinyl overlay instead. First roadtrip it got beat up pretty bad to the point i had to peel it off! Never realized how much debris there is on the road. And my Z is stock height!! May have to get the one you have now. Also i didn't realize the Z store sells these for '03s. I ordered one from Evo-r cause i though they were the only ones who carried these, and ended up having to get a refund cause no product or contact after two months!!

so random, money not efficiently used for modding. how about saving up a few hundered more for a real lip spoiler that actually enhances the look of the car. the front lip spoiler is the one part that should have come stock, something similar to the v1 lip.

I can't really put on a lip cause my driveway is a bit steep and it would just get damaged. I barely make it out now as it is.

BTW, i have other mods, i just don't list them all.

How about he buys what he likes and not what YOU like?

OP asked for opinions good or bad, Nexx wasn't doing anything wrong in giving his opinions.

Nice start.... I would go with some CF diffusers or top secret lip maybe to enhance that a little bit...

never said he couldnt, just gave my opinion.

did you not see the "opinions welcome good or bad" in the thread title?

i didnt say it looked horrible and that it sucked. i just think its kinda out of place, nothing to really complement it. i even gave him suggestion on what he should have gotten instead.

did you have a bad day?

Never been a fan of the carbon fiber fad, but it's subtle and doesn't look too bad.

What are people referring to when they use the term "OP", original poster?

Anyway, I ordered my power labs spacer last week, and I have a nice sound system in it already plus a few touches here and there under the hood. I went crazy modding my civic, then it got stolen. I went crazy modding my acura, then realized it wasn't fast enough. I was trying not to do too much to my Z but its just in me to make it different so this was my start, lol. Anway, i'm getting rims this summer, that should set it apart a bit too. It'll be a work in progress for a some time to come. I have the funds to do whatever I want to it, i just don't want to have to worry about reliability in the long term so that's why i'm going slow and only doing minor things to it until i figure out what I really want.

P.S. - i get free tires for life from my stealership so i was trying to get at least one free set before putting rims on, but in the 2.5 years i've owned it, I've only driven it 10k miles, lol. Anyway, looks like i won't get to that free set of tires - I'd rather the car have some nice shoes then wait on free tires.

IMHO you just need some nice wheels to complement the lip

Good example... Actually very nice example

Is that Bat's overlay, or painted?? It doesn't appear to be the CF one.
