Here is my input.

You're going to take it apart again and reseal it. To be honest, I always put in more than enough as a precaution. Bake again and push them in. Pretty much you want it to tuck right in. Then check the headlights for any cracks. Check around the area where the lens out and the back part touches. There might be possible there is a hair crack.

Let me know if that helps.

I can say the use of bathroom sealant is bad since I never had any experience with it.

Okay since your HID is not working try this now. When you take it apart, take off the ballast. I assume there is water in there. Shake it off and let it dry under the sun. Then reinstall and let me know how that go.

It is a gray looking block. It it located on the bottom of the headlights. You'll need a philip screwdriver to remove.

Here is my DIY on headlights. It should help you (I hope).

If that doesn't work, I will buy these broken lights off you and get you a set of working ones if you wish.

I get condensation in my headlights too after I painted them, but it only appears in the morning or when it's really humid. I'm too lazy to take them apart and try to reseal them lol. My right headlight lens looks horrible, I think all the condensation left water spots on the inside.
