okay so my friend decided to upgrade his HID healight bulbs on his G35 to 6000k bulbs. after the swap the healights would turn off after the car sits for a while if the car is not on. however if the engine is started it runs fine. any ideas?

 

that is regular, it's like leaving your amp on or your interior lights on while the car is off, it drains the power. most aftermarket kits do the same thing.
