I had an accident on my bra.

I had an accident on my bra.
I know, no boobies
So I have a clear bra on my car I got installed last summer...
...2 hours after getting it done (on my way home from the place) a monster rock hit my hood, pierced the clear bra AND my paint, all the way down the the bare metal. As you can imagine, I was livid. Anyway, I used some touch-up paint on the spot with some clear coat over it, not necessarily to make it look better, but to deter rust over time. I ended up dripping a small amount of the clear coat on the clear bra near the actual problem-spot. I ran into the house and used some dishwashing liquid and water to clean it off, but it left a film on top of the bra! I was so pissed that I took some Goof Off and tried to remove it. It worked...sort of. The filmy spot is less intense in contrast with the black, but the clarity through the bra to the black paint underneath is still a little foggy in that 2" x 2" area. I threw a little bit of Zaino Z-AIO (liquid wax) over it to see if I could polish it out with no luck.
Anyone have an idea of something I could try, or is this 3M stuff temperamental to foreign substances and picks up stains worse than paint?

Yeah there isnt anything to take that off of the clear bra. And unfortunately you probably scuffed up the clearcoat on the bra and thats why it looks milky. You have to be careful not to scrub on them to hard or with a dry cloth.
