Seibon TS Hood + Plenum Spacer = fit?!

Seibon TS Hood + Plenum Spacer = fit?!

Short question, does a Seibon TS still fit with a Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer?
I've read it already rubs on the strutbar with stock strubar height...

If not - is there a good way, that could make this work out?

Yeah but the VT hood has the vents in front of the strut bar I think, but they are above the strutbar on the TS hood.
