not window grease, but vent grease

I had this issue 2months after I bought it. It seems to be some kind of oil vapour/condensation at the mouth of the ventilation opening at the door latch. Anyone have experience with this? very bizarre...

I had it on my 06 and 07. Just lube for the vent...
