Hi all, so I started to notice that I was getting smoke coming out from my catch cans breather, when at a light for an example on a sunny day I can see it come through the vents. Of course I started to panic so I took out all the plugs and and checked my IC piping as well and everything seemed clean with no bad idications or clear signs of something going wrong, also no exhaust smoke. I did notice though that on the divers side I am getting a light brown colored residue... I rerouted the lines so that both cases vent to the can vs the intake pipe and I did check the oil on the dip stick and it was clean also.

Any ideas???

Normal?? I know I've seen others with smoke coming out from the breathers but this has never been the case for me till now and then that light brown stuff getting me more worried then the smoke now... This normal? The car is boosted by the way which is why I decided to vent but again this is new and car has been boosted for some time now.

 

yes its normal. oil vapor is light brown, and thats what is getting collected blown out the valve cover to the cans/ breather/ etc
