Photochopped your pic into red and damn that should look good in my SB.

 

I want straight red, CST quoted me 1200 for the kit.. wtf is up with that. Thats like 400 higher than the highest I have seen.

Holly $hit. That is a rip off. You can call the Miami location and ask for Jaimy. She can give you a price for the leather covers only... trust me it would be a lot cheaper... ask her not to include installation because you are going to take care of that...
they can ship it to you and then you can look for a place to install...

When I went there I picked the leather, the color, the color of the stitches and with installation it was more than 400 less than what you are being quoted..
