Front Bumper Repair, any ideas?

Front Bumper Repair, any ideas?
Just bought the car and It looks like the previous owner scraped the front end pretty good and the bottom valance is falling off. Looks like it has been glued but is coming apart. Has anyone has this problem? what are my options? I was thinking just covering it with a front lip addon, but I'm in Canada and it's so expensive to get one up here and then painted. Can I order a new valance?

you need to get that glue off, and get a new " Front Chin Aero Deflector" at any nissan dealer or here http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...ode=350Z-FCAFD

That looks horrible...you can buy a new one from Nissan its the front chin aero deflector. Took mine off when I installed my Nismo lip, I would have given it to you but it got broken in half sitting around in the garage...whoops.
