Interior repair?

Anyone know how to fix scratched plastic? I tried using a sharpie to kind of take my eyes off of it but it didn't work so well.

WOW! You must have really pissed someone off for them to key the INSIDE of your car!! Your best bet is to replace them I think.

The only problem is they did it about 3 months ago and I just now noticed. I put the car up for winter and just now started driving it again and saw this. I know there is no way I did it.
