Default New Curb Feeler

A little project that turned into a big job. Looked easy to install one of these .....just bolt it up and go. Not quite.....I can understand why I've heard horror stories of these falling off at high speed.

Word of advice for anyone planning to install a diffuser in the future. Plan on spending some cash on extra hardware and use thin rubber washer/gaskets between the mounting surfaces. If not, you'll crack the clearcoat like a piece of glass!

ick. No offense, I just personally don't think add-on splitters like that are attractive at all--and they make an already exceptionally low ingress angle even worse. Be careful.

hm. the splitter doesnt quite match the shape of the front bumper...

FYI, you can get APR to custom make you one so it fits well.

ingress angle, as in approach angle; when you are going up a graded street or curb (or coming down off of one), the farther out your nose is, the more you will have to cut the turn-in to avoid scraping.

Quite frankly, it doesn't matter what you guys think, I like it. By posting, I was just trying to offer a little advice to other forum members thinking about installing a diffuser. Opinions are like a$$holes, everyone has one......
