POWERZ, have you got your refund back yet?

Z-Force, obviously you have not been in this business for very long and you are not a sponsor on this forum. But customer feed back and appreciation is the biggest advertisment you can get. And you take care of your cusotmers and will help your business in the long run. For $35, it's not worth it.

I still have yet to receive a refund. He is still asking that I send the part back before he sends payment... The case with Pay-Pal is still open and I will be involving my credit card shortly.

You could tell by the way he responded to you that he knew he was wrong as hell. I would go ahead and continue reporting him to E-Bay after what an A-Hole he was when you asked for a refund.

Well he has finally refunded the money via PayPal. However the payment has to clear first before it's official - usu 4 days. So I'll be sending the cap back once that happens. Sorry to take it off the market - I know a lot of you were interested in buying it from me. You know where to find 'em though!

Interesting note, the PayPal case was closed because PayPal can only enforce "did not receive goods" complaints and not "not as described" complaints. My credit card was more than happy to get involved though if necessary.
