can the interior door barrels be removed? i am painting some of my interior pieces and wasn't sure if they came out. i searched but had no luck with info on the door barrels. also, with painting plastic, should i lightly sand them first, or just spray them with primer?

Once the door panel is removed you can unbolt them from the inside. Check for the DIY link on how to remove the doors.
