Anyone have pics of the front bumper burger debadged and filled in on the stock bumper?

Going to have mine repainted, so I'm thinking, why not?

Seriously thinking about it! Just don't want it to look TOO clean, the emblem kind of breaks up the look on the front, given that everything else is stock.

I took my front 'nissan' emblem off to replace it with the big 'z' with the circle around it, and there were two or three mounting or alignment posts under it.

they need to be removed to fit the big z on there.

I know this has been mentioned, but I'm adding pics to help document it.

For the lucky roadster owners, you do not have holes in your trunk lid. (See below)

Here are the roadster badges:

Look ma, no pins!

Right now, there is a light ghosting of the letters and hamburger. Take your time removing the badges. Esp the Hamburger. I was a little too anxious and I can see where I slightly lifted the paint. (Causing a tiny bubble with a centerline crack.)

I heated the emblems with a hair dryer and then I used fishing line to saw through the glue. To remove the glue, I used Goof Off and a microfiber towel. Don't scratch at the glue, just keep softening it with the goof off and use the towel to roll the glue down.

After the glue was off, I used paint cleaner to try and remove the embeded dirt that surrounded the emblem.

I plan to eventually get the Stillen wing for the roadster so I'm not concerned about the ghosting.

FOr the ghosting, you just need to wet sand and buff the area. You might not even need wet sanding, just a little rubbing compound with your hand, and some polish and that would get rid of the ghosting. Same thing on my white z, when I took off the 350z part.

No one mentioned about the blacked out "350Z" emblem on the PPW, looks awesome, probably even better on nogaro red.
