this is weird. he's one of the most highly regarded and recommended sponsors of this site.. i've never heard anything bad about his work, other than it being pricey, until dj smitty posted that first thread.
sad to see this ordeal going down this road.

Wow, zipps was the 1st guy I saw and thought of for having my lights done until I saw the sick stuff Nic at CinCity Designs was doing, glad I sent them to Nic now, Otherwise I might be in your shoes right now.

Best of Luck, scammers suck and I hope he gets screwed over this. You'd be suprised how well posting on forums helps catch these guys or get your money back. I once had a guy screw me out of 3k of parts with a stolen CC and guys like ones on this site found him for me on a site selling those parts. I say wel all send this guy emails demanding he return your money and lights so that it fills every inbox he has to capacity
