What's the best percentage for window tinting? (i.e. 30% etc).

Also, I noticed that the back window already has a blue-greenish tint to it. Should I leave that window untinted?

I'm also wondering if I should not get a tint stripe along the top of the front windshield.

What do most people get on their Z's?



p.s. I have a black touring. I'm also more partial to dark tint as opposed to titanium.

 

It's all about personal preference and the local regulations.

I did the back three dark cuz I didn't want ppl peaking thru what's inside the trunk. But then I didn't want to get ticketed for tinting the sides so I went with lighter tints for the sids.

Some ppl prefer the same shade all around. It really depends.

I got the same car as you, I did 20% sides, and 5% on the portwindows, rear, and visor strip.

I love the 5%, and tho 5% on the side window would be cool, you cant really see through it at night. so Im happy I went a little lighter on those.

even so I find myself sometime rolling down my window to see the side view mirror better.

it all helps keep the car cooler, and better for the leather.
