Default aftermarket door handles

is there anybody out there making aftermarket door handles? don't hate me, but it's the only thing on my Z that i wish was flushed, maybe like the G35's.

I got this one from Frigidaire:

I don't think a bolt-on flush handle would be possible because of the design and placement of the latch. you could always shave them off and use door-poppers if you like...I don't like the look nor do I recommend that mod, but it depends how badly you dislike those door handles.

i'm actually looking for something smoother, less mechanical looking. not really flushed. shaved handles and poppers are for 51' mercurys, not sports cars! would there be a large enough demand for me to CAD some up and get some made over seas?

FD RX7 door handles would be nice, or NSX too. Anything along the lines of that I'd buy.

The new Corvette's handles are pretty cool IMO.

They are stationary and have the rubber button like our trunk release above our rear license plate.

The FD's and NSX's are on the door sill we dont have the sill on our Z's... It is a good call though because it give the appearance there is no door handle but its up where our B-Pillar is...

I had subscribed a while back to someone who started producing a different door handle and was going to create a more flush (not entirely flush handle since that would be almost impossible).

The corvette handle idea as stated by silverstone above is a good idea but would definately need some serious R+D to make that work... Would look great though once it was finished...

I think the issue is knowone has the time or money to do all the research and development and then mass produce a handle....Keeping fingers crossed I am wrong...

I've seen it done a few times. Depending on the color it looks a bit cheesy, but that's just my opinion.
