Looking to get a custom fitted sub box and ran across this site. It's an ebay store but from the feedback received it seems the guy has a great rep for 350z enclosures. Few unhappy mustang owners, but who cares bout them?

So just wondering if anyone has bought from these guys OR has another site and/or place in San Antonio that offers good built custom boxes.

 

I think for the price you can't beat that under strutbar enclosure that they offer. Or maybe you can?

 

Mike is a great guy to deal with. I bought his S-Type Enclosure. It sounds great.

 

I've got a kicker solobaric l7 10" that I'm debating on using that enclosure or trying to squeeze it into a smaller conceiled enclosure behind the drivers seat.

+1. i ordered from Mike and it was a super smooth transaction. bought Type S box and am very happy with the build quality and fit.

 

I honestly think about 300 or more members here use his sub boxes.

 

Sounds good, I was looking for some sort of feedback that this guy wasn't just some kid in his basement selling boxes he built with poor quality.

I think I might look into buying one soon.

Definately a good vendor to deal with. I've met Mike personally and he's even donated custom sub enclosures to our raffles before for our Florida G35 Club meets. Very good craftmanship.

Ive ordered through him on ebay.. hes legit and has a great product.

 

Ive pm'd him for info before and ended up ordering thru ebay. Very good quality and took like 3 days to receive.

 

the way the box is made...it seems like it belongs there...decent price for the box, but what suckd for me was that mike had to ship the monster to hawaii...and shipping was crazy, shipping costed more than the box. (and shops here would charge double of what mike was asking plus shipping)

 

cool guy, even adjusted airspace in the box to run at the proper specs for my sub

 

i have purchased two from him, one for the z and one for a 07 civic si. All i can say is perfection. the boxes are great in every way. the only thing better was mike's attitude. thank you mike!!!

what holds the boxes in place?

 

it is such a snug fit that it actually holds itself in place under the strut tower brace.
