2 Part touch up paint question
I FINALLY got my touch up paint from the dealer in Nogaro Red for my Nismo. Took long enough.
Anyways, i opened the box and it has two bottles of paint. One is a basecoat bottle in a darker red colored sticker/label and a top coat bottle in a lighter red sticker/label.
Now all my past cars used the simple 1 bottle touch up paint method. Which i have down pat. But im kinda of not so sure how to apply the 2 part paint correctly. The directions are HORRIBLE on the box. I have 4 small chips, 3 are down to the while primer and one to the metal.
Does anyone have any tips or experience with these 2 part paints? I wanna get the chips fixed finally, but dont want it to look like complete **** in the process. Thanks
......and yes i searched, but cant find any help specifically for 2 part paints.

Im not that dumb
..... In the nogaro red kit BOTH bottles are red! The basecoat AND the topcoat are red colored. The topcoat looks like it probably has a little clearcoat mixed in with it.
I applied some basecoat to one of the chips that was down to the primer. It looked funny the second I put it on. I wiped it off immediately.
The directions make it sound like basecoat is needed for deep chips needing primer and color, then topcoat. Or if you have primer, just use topcoat. I dunno. Im no body guy.
