Default Adjusting CF hood height near front bumper

My new CF hood sits in too deep and is rubbing on my eyelids, not good, can i adjust this with the latch itself or do i have to shim the hinges? I would think there is some adjustment at the latch, can someone let me know please!!! thanks

You can adjust your latch catch that is on the vehicle, not hood. There should be 3-4 bolts loosen those and pull your latch catch mechanism up and tighten down the bolts again.

i had this same problem with my seibon CF hood. It was waaaay to hard to close and i would have to almost slam it to shut it. so i found out that you can adjust it by doin exaclty what jim said.
