Ya that would be the car. Phreaktor how wouldn't it be functional? As you gain speed the trailing wind behind the car gets higher as you increase speed so it would just catch the air that's high when moving at a faster speeds. It would be the same principal as why the "Salad Bar" wings are high.

The Fairlady Z type E has a spoiler that has an adjustable upper portion that moves electronically controlled by the driver. It's in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErIlhzTibMw @ 5:30minutes. I've also seen the Nismo V2 spoiler with an LED lighting system that looks to come standard on the JDM versions.

It definitely moves in that video. Now whether or not you'd actually want that on your car is the question.

Considering the sales volume numbers of the crossfire, you might be waiting a long time, lol

How about looking out for a newer Audi TT, they have the same type of rear mechinism? And as they have a hatch like the Zed then it may be an easier transplant? Have been thinking about the same thing....

Thinking of the electronic spolier reminds me of this
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/GyZnNVFdFrY&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/GyZnNVFdFrY&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
