So it just says led conversion what size bulbs are they and where did you get them? I have been wanting blue for along time... is it just a bulb in a socket or did you have to do wiring and stuff?

I think he did them himself.
The job is a lot more about labor and knowledge/experience and less about materials. Or so I thought.
LED DIY mats are usually pretty damn cheap.
Its something I thought about trying out also, but would need a lot of down time and research to pull it off.

I have no clue what i'm doing when it comes to electrical work. I'd love to have this done though. Does anyone know of a place i could send my gauges to & lighting pannel to have this done? whats the average cost of something like this? It'd look clean to have your stock gauges look/light up the same as your aftermakarket ones.

that is where i got the gauges from---i did the conversion myself i dont know who did matix101vz conversion
here is a pic of my gauges
so this isn't something anyone could do ? I mean I can do some pretty basic stuff but on a scale 1- 10, 10 being hard 1 being easy would you rate this a 5?.....it was about a 7/8 depends on how good you are at soldering so you dont mess up the circuit board
Is there any way to change the color of the needle to white?----no you cant change the needles cause they are made of a neon orange plastic that reflects the light thorough

the factory gauges wont work that great because there is a piece of orange vinyl on the back of it...the aftermarket gauges our clear backing

solder tiny LED lights onto 2 tinier metal plates
