Don't really think anyone can help you with that, as I believe that everyone that has this mod has had it professionally done.
But basically you have to cut into the bumper, and than replace the stock undertray with the diffuser.
I really don't know much else as I just dropped it off with Makito, but there should be more info in the Shine Amuse thread, you should probably start your search there, but I highly recommend that you get it professionally installed unless you are a pro yourself.

 

I cut my front bumper on my own.. You have to cut off about 5~6 inches on each bottom sides of the front bumper. Search for Shine's post that shows how they cut the bumper.. Go from there.
