While I haven't taken off my emblems, the only ones that can be removed, painlessly, is the "350Z" badge. The Nissan hamburgers will leave two holes. You can purchase new emblems (THAT ARE NOT GOLD) from numerous places online or your local dealership.

Some even opt for "Z" emblems to go where the factory Nissan hamburgers go. I personally have not a fan of them, though IMO they do look good if you have taken off the 350z emblem.
