Hi everyone

I own a 2005 350Z and about a year ago I noticed the outside passenger door handle bubbling up (the paint or cover). I was informed by the dealer, where I bought the car and have had it serviced since day one, that this is a cosmetic problem and it is only covered in the first 12 months of the warranty period.

Has anyone seen this before?

My car is older then 12 months old and they just resprayed the roof on my Z for small surface rust.
