This is pretty much for those of you who have installed the G37 Shift ****, the Z shift **** looks like it has a kind of silicone seal inside the shift **** I take it to cut down on any kind of noise and/or try to make a seal.

The G37 shift **** doesn't, just a metal looking stopper inside right before the threads. For those of you who installed it how did you go about this. Ive put a lot of elbow grease into it and its got about 30% left till it is dead center straight, but it doesnt look like its budging anymore. Any tricks that could help?
