Default Headlight Tint/Eye lid

I was thinking about putting headlight Overlay on my headlights, and eye lid as well... I've heard a lot from other forum members not to get headlight overlay because it significantly reduces the light vision. Can anyone give me some feedback on this?

Also where can I buy eye lid? I dont see any vendor selling them and I found some on Ebay, but once again,, its ebay... Let me know what you guys know about there items.. thanks

sam

it's common sense. you put a tint on a light it will reduce your light transmission ability. plus it is illegal to do in some areas so best bet would be to check your local laws. as far as eyelids, check intense power website (they are a sponsor here)

I wouldn't do either, the eyelids never look right after installed, and tinting the headlight is covering up teh 350z headlight hotness.

i have 05 Z and I really dont like the look of orange strips. If you have 2006 and above like you i really wouldn't mind. I was thinkin about painting the headlights, but it costs extra money and mainly can't drive your car for good week. Too much hassle to paint the Headlight.
