Front Wind Splitter
I and a couple others from ChicagoZ thought about making our own and wrapping in CF or just making a template out of aluminum and then doing the finals in CF. And then just buying the struts to mate bumper to splitter online.
APR will do custom shaped splitters.
1. Can APR make a splitter for my application?
Yes, we can make the splitter with the help of an outline of your bumper.
Please follow the instructions below:
1. Find a large sheet of cardboard.
2. Place the cardboard underneath the front bumper.
3. Draw the bumper bottom outline onto the cardboard.
4. Fold up the cardboard and send it to us at:
APR Performance, Inc.
21037 Commerce Pointe Dr.
Walnut, CA 91789
Cost:
The cost for the custom splitter is $340+ shipping (a pair of support rods and hardware are included).
Estimated working time: 2 weeks.
Additional Guidelines:
*Bumper length cannot exceed 72”.
*Bottom of the bumper requires at lease 3”~ 4” of flat surface all around to mount the splitter.
*Fold your template in the center to check if both curves match each other.
*If the depth of splitter exceeds 24", every 2" is $20 extra for material charge.
