Easy way to remove bolts from seats?
get some stronger friends or hit the gym, the retry 
they are not torqued down all that tight since its only a 14mm bolt - I'd guess around 50/60 ft lbs. A std 3/8 wratchet should be more than enough. If not, try to find someone with a compressor and use an air wratchet
