Default Swapping Out my leather seats...got some questions

So today i found a pair of burnt orange leather seats in a totaled Z (R.I.P) at the salvage yard i work at. Basically the leather is in really nice condition BUT both the passenger and drivers side airbags are deployed...I can get both the seats for about $400 total, but not sure how much it will cost to get airbags replaced in them
here are some pics of the seats...

Now my main question is...do you think i should just have the side airbags removed from my current black leather seats and have them placed in the 'new' orange seats ORRR should i just pay the price for new airbags have the seats repaired and try to sell my black ones for a decent price (on 5k miles on the black leather seats)

pics of my current seats....

Any advice would be of help, thanks a lot in advance!

suppose it is kind of off topic...anyway i could get it moved to exterior/interior

note- not really selling parts of the seat, id either sell the seats as is, or with the airbags missing...but thats the part i need help with!!!

well i dont think it will be very easy to fix the issue cuz its stitched in ude prolly have to pay a decent amount to fix it, so i figured the top half was garbage but bottom isnt. im talking about the burnt orange seats not your black leather. and i said off topic about what i said cuz i didnt answere your question.

ok so i decided to swap out the airbags from my seats and have them inserted into the burnt orange leather seats...the black leather seats did not come stock on this car (previous owner installed them) they are nissan factory seats...any ideas on how much i could get for them, keep in mind the airbags are gone...

im having the work done this weekend, i will be glad to sell you the black leather seats...there is only 10k miles on these seats or less (only 19k on the car and the guy was the second owner who put them in) absolutley no scratches or tears. Ill post pictures of the seats after the airbags are taken out...PM me if interested (asking $550 for both)
