Default Carbon Fiber "mud flap things"?

First off, what is the actual term for the "mud flap things" at the bottom rear of each wheel well??? I can't seem to think of it right now

Second, I swear I've seen them in carbon fiber before, I just can't seem to find them for sale anywhere now... Anybody know where I can find them??

The "mud flap things" can be wrapped.

There's many different rear add-ons that take the places of the "mud flap things".

Most likely you've seen some of these in carbon fiber.
