I too got tired of my stock shift **** on my G35 and I've always been a fan of counter-weighted shift ***** so I sought one out. I ended up going with TWM-performance and selected their A1-Abrams in gun-blue (black). Its a simple ball shape roughly 2" in diameter, came with a nice aluminum thread adapter. I have it at its lowest setting which is only a little lower than stock I presume (never really compared the heights). It weighs 460-grams.

When I first installed it, it looked like it did in the first picture (no spacers or finishers included) and I wasnt crazy about the unfinished look. I tired spacers to push the boot up but then it looked like it never had a circumcision. So I got creative and used some capability at work and made a finisher piece for it out of plastic and now Im much happier with it. The shifter since install has a nice solid feel to it now, no slop at all.

 

I got the evo-r and love it but the forged **** is definitely my second choice.

I really like my ARC ****. It's a little small, but still a great ****. I would really like to feel the TK **** though.

 

Heard good things about the ARC ****. I actually sold my FP **** not too long ago. Thinking about going big and getting myself a Tommy Kaira **** after holidays pass.
