I'm wondering if the high beam is adjustable like the low beam? because when I turn it on it focus on up higher than where it should be, it shines at house roof and trees....

no, it can not. if it si the 2006 lights then that means your low beams are aimed high as well. if it is the 03-05 lights, the high beam is separate of the low beam. pls the way high beams work they are supposed to be aimed a bit higher so they can reach out further
