Default Water on doorsills?

For some reason after a heavy rain fall when I open my door I'll have a nice puddle of water sitting on my Doorsill in the car. Is anyone else having or has experienced this before? Just trying to figure out why this is happening. This never happend before until recently.

When I wash my car I always have to dry that area, I believe its normal.

hmmm maybe never really noticed it till now then. Just weird seeing a puddle pour out of the car when I open the door.
