Porsche Rear Wiper
Hey guys I like the rear wipers found on the latest Cayenne and I was wondering if the cayenne wipers will fit on our z wiper mount?
Don't ask me why I wanna do this please. I just like the look of the Porche wipers.
thx.

That's why you do the wiper delete
Yes I drive through rain, but whenever I drive on the highway, even in heavy rain, for some reason my side windows and rear window are always dry.
Rain-X ftw

I'm afraid you are correct. However I will give it a try and test it out. I never use my rear wiper anyway. It will be just for looks.
I used a 1" plastic hole plugs from Lowes, but I had to trim it a lot, so I'm guessing the 3/4" will work better.
I then used a very thin, continuous layer of silicon sealant all around the tiny lip of the plug. I pressed it down and made sure it was completely in, and then I wiped all around it with a shop towel with rubbing alcohol on it to clean away any excess sealant. Then, I just let it sit for a day and voila.

I used the ebay flat plugs. Its got a plug for the wiper arm and one for
the spray nozzle on top of the rearview glass. I bought it for about $16+ Shippped,
supposedly painted redline. Quality was meh so I repainted both parts
with varying success. The hatch plug is 100% pefect, but the wiper plug
doesn't seem to like paint, and has some light rusting. I have sanded, painted
and primed to no avail. The spray plug also does not like to stay put and
is difficult to tighten - it has a nut and washer assembly to keep it in place.
We used hot glue to seal the hatch plug and prevent water intrusion, but the
glue won't fly on my glass. Just did an ebay search and could not find one plug
set! wtf.
Wiper blade removal should have a DIY around here somewhere. Takes about
twenty minutes.... Try to search for same. Not terribly difficult.

there is a thread here all about the delete of the wiper. i do not have a good pic of mine currently but for about $3 you can get a sink plug at HD or Lowe's and paint to match.
+1 on rain-x or even just the wax you use on the car. i hardly use my front wipers even in FL with the storms we have here. 25+ and it just runs off
