Color to paint brake calipers?
I'll probably get flamed for painting my stock calipers, but why do I need more for street driving?
W00T
Thinking of doing this tomorrow.
Thanks guys, keep them comin!
To the guy that mentioned the Wilwood brakes from onadime...
Looks like I'll be getting those bit by bit over the next year.

I never ran into a problem with chipping. The only bad effect so far is brake dust staining the caliper, which I feel won't be a problem with black calipers.
Those Wilwood brakes from onadime will be mine by next year.
I already have the newest pokemon, loser. No need to show your jealousy.
BTW, post a pic of your Z so I can see how to make my car uber nice.

Welp... thanks everyone for your opinions and taking the time to vote.
I have an urge to do something today, so I got to work...
It got dark before I could take pictures, so I'll take better ones tomorrow.
The new color goes with my color theme VERY well.
Sorry for the dark photos.
You get the idea.

By the way, the car was jacked up for a while... I don't know why the fender gap is much bigger than it usually is
I assume because the shocks weren't loaded for a while so they "stretched out"?

I think that looks good. Did you paint while the calipers were still on the car?
I don't understand why everyone considers painting stock calipers a different color rice.. I feel like throwing a Brembo sticker on a tiny *** stock caliper would be pretty ricey.. but making your stock calipers look better.. how is that a bad thing? I can't see someone seriously thinking painting their calipers will make others assume they have a BBK on their car.. :P
