So 03-06 hood won't fit on 07-08 ?
How is it? It's about mounting kit that won't fit or can not close it(07-08 has higher design by look)

I was wondering If I can buy after marget like Seibon that fit 05 and fit it on my 08.

Don't think the previous hoods will fit the '07 and '08 due to clearance issues. Maybe if you remove the engine covers ( not pretty though ). I removed mine to fit a Cusco strut tower bar designed to fit '03 to '06 engines, but had to install washers to clear the engine. Seibon has released a few hoods specifically for the newer engine, unless you've got a hook-up on an older one, I'd recommend going that route.

 

Yeah I've always wondered if it would fit with some of the supports removed. Not to many tho, otherwise you'll catch one in the face. It's just too expansive to try, unless you knew someone who bought a carbon hood or had a wrecked Z.
