can you pull these vents off once you remove your center console? i have those alluminum vent covers and i want to put them on with these removed to ensure a good hold. the first pair i had peeled up on the corners

You would have to probably remove the entire dash, just removing the center console which houses the stereo components, HVAC controls, etc will not be enough.

u gotta remove the console, then take the bottoms of the dash off...then the top of both sides of the dash...its really not too hard ....just some phillips head screws and 10mm bolts. the vents are screwed to the dash from the back so u need to pull the dash to get them off.

 

shoot i really dunno if itd be worth it...
anyone install those vent trims before? how do you ensure the best fit and stick?
