AsukaType 2 or the Seibon TS seem to be the most popular vented hoods. Seibon and Mastergrade also make an OEM style.

style is really up to you - all depends what you like the looks of. My fav. to date, from a looks and build quality standpoint is the Top Secret one - but it's all about what you want, and what budget you're comfortable with.
