Default Difference between 2003 & 2004+ seat belts

Hi,
this is my first post as a my350z.com member.
After getting my neck ripped by the seat belt in my '03 Z, i seen that 2004+ models have a seat belt holder, that prevents seat belt affecting the neck and shoulder. so i checked in the service manuals to see if we could change it like bolt-on applications. do you think it is bolt-on if i buy a 2004+ seat belt assembly ? sry for bad english, frenchie guy ...

here's what i'm talking about :
(thx to Nismospeed4life for the pic)

So here's the 2003 seat belt illustation:

Believe that 2004 added an "extender" to the drivers and passengers side. 2004.5 adds a "retainer" to the passenger side (to prevent the buckle from rattling).

To switch from 2003 to 2004 looks possible.

Ok, so a Nissan Dealer told me that is possible to change it BUT, there's a SRS sensor in the seat belt for the air bags. so we need to buy the whole system. 378$ CAD eww. i'll think twice about this one ...

i think the SRS sensor is in the seat belt retractor.. which is where the pre-tensioner seat belt connector goes/clips into..
