Default What combination would work?

At the moment I have a Seibon CF Ts hood. The fitment is a little off, not that bad at all, but a little off. The problem I am having is that I am running a Motordyne 5/16 Plenum spacer and it is causing rub on the plenum and strut against the inside of my hood. I was thinking of going an 07 oem cf hood. Would this help the rub since it has the "hump" in the hood? Also I am looking into an aftermarket strut bar as well though I know this will cause the rubbing to become worse. Anyone running spacers and aftermarket struts with cf hoods? If so can you tell me the combination of parts? Thanks.

How about a strut bar that fits in front of the plenum instead of over the top?

What brand would that be so I can look it up? I've heard of them being made for the z but can't remember a brand.

Im sure theres tons of members on here including me that have Seibon CF hoods with plenum spacers and stock strut bars and not rubbing.. I would check your hood alignment and strut bar install too.

i have the same problem with mine...hell, my TS hood rubbed on my stock strut bar...and nowthat I have the MD spacer and spaced the strut bar, it rubs even worse. you CAN cut the underside of the hood out in strategic places to allow better fitment...if you have the cojones to chop on your hood...
