For full understanding i have lemans sunset Z
i have a carbon fiber hood and black accents on the bodykit
and i will be putting some black race seats in with orange stitching

So i am choosing between two
Takata or G-force

Takatas
the plus - safe, needs approval every so often, respected among the tuner community
the neg - pricey, needs approval every so often
plus yet still a neg - its green doesnt follow the car scheme

G- Force
the plus - safe, respected among American muscle drag racers, its blk and follows the car scheme, cheaper
the neg - i dont think they are approved periodically, they are cheaper but why, are they not as safe

I have the G-Force harnesses. Get the 6-point instead of the 5-point harnesses. I don't personally like the Takata green harnesses.

 

I'll probably be getting G-Force or Sparco harnesses. I too don't like the green of the Takata and am not completely **** about being JDM. But w/ the right colors the green can be pulled off. Really don't like when ppl get red seats w/ the Takatas. I wouldn't want to sit in my car everytime feeling like I'm going to a Christmas party.
