Unhappy It rained in my car, what now?

i had the worst luck yesterday .

i was driving my car to the body shop to get the body kit painted but a few second into the ride i heard a loud scraping sound and thought it was my kit. I stop and saw nothing loose or scraping. So i took the car back home and jack up the car to take the wheels off to see whats scraping.

Well, somehow i stripped one of the lugs taking it off and not realize it . then when i went to reinstall it , it took alot of effort to only get it in half way. i then took it back out to only realize that i stripped the stud too..

So now i cant take my car to the body shop because i cant hand them over a car that has a problem that i dont know of.

so i decided to drive the car to my parents house and park it there so that i can take it to my brother (whose a mechanic) on monday. i was driving 25 mph the whole way there, a 11 mile trip.

well i crack the window down about 4 inches because it was hot on a winter day. and forgot to roll it back up.

This morning i got a call from my mom saying that it rain pretty big last night and pretty much rained in my car. So now what i am supposed to do? btw, the z is a touring.

and must everyone need to know....my z have been parked in my garage for the past 2 months.

not so good luck, dont you think.

cliffs:
something wrong with axel bearing or rotors or brakes or engine, i have no idea
stripped a stud
rained in my car
**** out of luck

Like said use a shop vac to help get most of it out of the carpet etc. Set up a few fans pointing inside the car. Let it dry and hope it doesnt mildew.
