Default New Color Decision

I am getting very close to ordering the Veilside Version 3 body kit with the over fender extensions, but I have one last decision to make. I like the Daytona Blue that my car already is, but I know there are some pretty amazing colors out there. I was wondering if anyone could help me by posting some pics of their favorite show cars, that show some nice paint choices. Im leaning towards something like the Daytona Blue, but maybe with alittle darker tint to it. I also like some Orange colors. I found this pic of a Do-Luck Supra, and I love the color of this car. Another nice option is a Kameleon paint that shifts from blue to maybe purple.....or somethin like that. As you can tell, it's a really hard decision for me. Maybe you guys can help.

I think the ornage is kinda played out on the show scene.

What about gold (ala some of Top Secret's cars)?

Veilside's sig color is silver...kinda blase though

I second the yellow - looks great on the axis car

i agree with the orange, think it is too played out, and would look like the 3 lime green eclipses that ive seen here in NJ ( fnf look alikes )

yea, i guess thats right about the orange. I wasnt really thinkin about F&F when I saw it. And I know silver is Veilsides signature color, but there are SOOO many silver 350z's out there. Theres another ornage i found that's prolly really expensive, but I know it would turn some heads.

I had my car repainted due to the excessive amount of orange peel and the formula they had for Daytona Blue was a little darker and much more metallic than the standard color. It looks great in my opinion. But if you want to go even darker, try this.

If it were me, my fav all time color is the burgundy used on the '97 911 TT...gorgeous..subtle and agressive all at once

That blue is nice too....wheels would totally determine the overall look though

yea, youre right, pink is unique, but I dont think it brings out the color inmy eyes well enough. I love that blue on the 911 turbo, but I cant seem to find it anywhere. I was lookin at the car configurator on the Porsche website, and it's not an option on any of their cars. Im gonna try and look for that burgundy right now

If you dare enough, try flat black. After we done the car, the car looks like a unpainted plastic model car. hehehe I have not seen anyone done this in states. Hey... no more waxing for you hehehe BTW this is our track race car in Taiwan.

a good charcoal or gunmetal would be very nice. Classy yet brutally agressive.

Be advised though, that chameleon paint is 4200/gallon (i think) and may seem tacky in some applications.

Another good color would be a white with blue mother of pearl laid over it...like the TVR tuscan in GT3 (yes i know its only a video game)

Honda's Monte Carlo Blue Pearl...one of the nicest OEM blues. Appears to be a little deeper than Daytona Blue in the daytime/light , but when it starts to get dark it appears to be a nice dark blue.

these pictures represent the color well...as you can see, the color is a deep Daytona-ish blue in the daylight, but at sunset the color appears as a nice dark pearl blue.

i think that blue might be the one im lookin for. It looks alittle darker than the Daytona Blue, but in the sun, it's got the same shine.

Monte Carlo Blue is not available in NA for the S2000, so this owner got a custom job.
