Default Damaged front bumper.. help please

Ok so I recently bought a 04 DB 350z abused by an irresponsible journalist... for dirt cheap. The car does have some visual damage on the front bumper ( do not have pics at the moment sorry). The is a 2 inch crack on the lower right part of bumper ,and on the lower left side of bumper, there is a good 6 inch scratches horizontally with 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep dents on it. Just to visualize the scratch, imagine a flat piece of clay and scratch across the flat clay with your finger nails. So the problem Im struggling with is trying to decide if I should just repair it with bondo or putty ,or just replace the bumper (this would be my last resort, the economy is bad.. trying to save some cash). Also If I were to just repair it, do you guys have any tips on how to do it well? any help would be appreciated.

I recomend a lip kit if marks are low and if not I recommend a new bumper. Bondo and putty is for steel and will not work for your plastic bumper. There is stuff like bondo for plastic but unless you work for a body shop you will mess it up. Just buy used bumper of the classifieds and your set.
