Does anyone know how to take this off (green arrow) the black trim on the door. I need to replace it. The plastic bracket broke by the door handle.

 

Yes. Open the door. Remove the screw that holds the end in place. Then, pull the entire trim piece up and off the door. It is only pinch-crimped onto the top of the raw door metal. And, the other end is only crammed into the rubber piece under the side mirror. I know, cuz I had to replace mine after the body shop broke the end cap with the screw on it. The entire piece is one unit.
