Default Help me pick a lip or kit

OK, so I've never been a huge fan of super aggressive and over the top body kits. My car is definitely more "low key" even though it is flashy, it is not JDM style. I am thinking of getting a subtle body kit (no wing) or just a lip. First off, here is a picture of my Z (before the spacer were installed, so no sunken wheels comments, please ):

Here are the lips and/or kits I have found that I like, but I'm finding it impossible to decide if they go with my car's overall look. What do you think?

Vertex:

Veilside Version 1:

West Wing (lip only):

Ings +1 LX:

Origin Lab urban:

Questions, comments, suggestions??? Please help me decide! Thanks!

Marshall, I vote for the Ings+1 LX kit!!! Your car is so clean... it would just make it looks some much cleaner.

First of all, just my opinion... I'd invest in some new rims w/ an aggressive setup and lower the car.

but as for the body i think the V2 front end would look pretty cool on the roadsters, but on the roadster I think the Origin kit would be dope...

Ok, respecting your request, I will not mention the wheel situation, as I think that it is perfectly fine the way it is. To answer you query in reference to the body kit. I personally think "low key" is not your car, with the sexy *** FMIC, however...my opinion lies solely with the Vertex kit. I'm a personal fan and think that it would be a subtle, yet obvious addition to the car. I am also a fan of the Veilside V1....Please excuse the rambling.....just got home from the bar.

i say vertex... im almost sure i drove next to you one time on the 101 south at 1am. Its been a while since, i just remeber droping gears to mess with you and you spanked on me. Raceing ftl but i just was having some fun with ya. I dont have any bolt ons so when i saw your exhaust i figured you had something under the hood. Reguardless i say vertex would set your car off. Although some phantom volks and a set of coils would be so much more worth the time. gluck with your choice.

Just for the record everyone... The pictures above are old. Marshalls car now has coilovers, spacers, and a much more aggressive stance.

I was going to say something about the chrome but then I saw the intercooler and stfu, lmao.

Anyhow, Veilside lip? Aggressive and yet subtle.

vertex hands down. the others almost dont look like youve made any changes. i understand wanting to be subtle but if i was going to put a kit on my car i would want it to look different to the average passerby and not just we the Z community. in the end however you must choose what makes you say, damn thats my car, when you walk up to it everyday. Good luck my friend.

Here is my vote. I know its not on your list but it should be cheaper and looks better IMO. Its an official Nismo part as well. I just bought mine for $190+ shipping.

Here's a thread to see one painted on the vehicle.

Here's where you can buy it:

INGS+1 LX, that should be exactly what you're looking for. They make it for '06-'08 front ends right?

Thanks for the feedback. As Slidefox mentioned for me, my Z is now on Stance GR+ Coilovers, lowered about 1". The wheels have 20mm spacers in front and 25mm spacers in back and a decent stance and amount of camber. I don't have any pictures since then, since the car has been in and out of the shop for other reasons.

I appreciate the offer. I do everything through Intense. They have my car and are repairing it and will be doing the body kits or lip I go with.
