I figure Im going to want to do something so why not look for sumthing that feeds my style fix and feeds my need for function? I kinda like that its not popular mod on zs cuz we all need an identity i also want to get the carbon cover for the piece under the grill so i think it would tie together nicely.
Yeah I noticed that it's more fun to be unique then to jump on the bandwagon. If you can pull it off then pics or ban!! But I still don't think it'll look good on the stock bumper because of the side-markers on the stock bumper. just my 2cents

I agree, I've never liked the look of canards going over the sidemarkers. Before pulling the trigger on my C-West long nose front (w/C-West CF canards), I was going to go with the Nismo Edition Z front with MCR canards but wasn't able to source the JDM version that doesn't have the sidemarkers and knew it would look like ***.
I personally didn't want to have to have a body shop fill them in on the USDM Nismo front as that type of bondo/glass work has a tendency to crack when molded to plastics if not done properly.

Yes, the JDM Nismo Edition Z front does NOT have the side markets. The USDM version obviously does. Good luck sourcing a JDM front though. I gave up, it just wasn't worth it.
Best deal I've found on them is through Performance Nissan at $350, which is actually pretty reasonable considering it's an MCR piece, you should be able to contact Andy here on my350z for more details:

I have always been a fan of Canards........ intil i saw the mutton chop pictures. Crap, now i am going to think i mutton chops every time i see a car with canards.

yea that pic hurt me to lol and they picked the worst pic of chops ever! lol
